I really enjoyed this history class. Monica Kim and Chamedes have amazing dynamic and were excellent lecturers. Flipped understanding of history and historical perspectives. I could not recommend this class more. I took this class to meet the intensive writing criteria for my pre-med prerequisites, and it ended up being my favorite class of the semester. This is one of those classes where the professor makes the class, and if you ever have the opportunity to enroll in a class taught by Professor Chamedes, take it!!!Rate My Professors ↗
Just fantastic; both she and Professor Kim are fantastic professors that deeply care about what they are teaching. Roughly 2 papers you have to type online and 3 you have to type in person, which wasn't bad at all. Probably the best history class I have ever taken.Rate My Professors ↗
Chamedes is such a kind professor who really cares about the students understanding and her teaching style was very effective. This course covered a lot of interesting topics and also had an outreach project at the end of the semester which was a really cool opportunity.
