Eric was really nice, but the large amount of material covered everyday was hard to stay on top of. The class consisted of him reading off the lecture slides and the tests were very specific and memorization heavy, so I definitely recommend going back over lectures after each class. Good professor but the tests were extremely material heavy and they were entirely based on the lectures. This isn't a class you can cram the night before, you should study every slide. Erics lecture style is mostly reading off the slides posted at the beginning of the week and guest lectures. The class isn't overly difficult and focuses mainly on cows and other livestock so a background in those is useful. The exams consist of the niche information on the slides not the overall ideas which was frustrating but over all was ok.Rate My Professors ↗

For Erik's lectures, he mostly read off slides, you need to work with the material on your own to do well on exams. If you study and work with the material on your own, you'll do well on exams. Erik does much better in the counterpart to this class, which is the lab AnSci 102.Rate My Professors ↗
