Denise is the WORST prof. After gettting a C on an exam of hers I asked to see my exam so I could better prepare for the final knowing what I did wrong. She refused to show me the exam and then went on to tell me I wasn't studying enough or putting in the time, along with many other derogitory comments. I went to oh to improve and left defeated.

She was a fine professor, made lectures somewhat interesting but also mostly read off of them. Tests were quite difficult so I don't recommend unless you are a NS/Dietetics major. 4 exams + final so you get tested often. She was one of my favorite professors for this course and she did know what she was talking about.
