About this rating

Raw average: 3.00/5 from 4 quality ratings. The adjusted rating blends this with the UW review average (3.66/5), weighted as 20 additional ratings. Smaller samples stay closer to that average. Each captured review is counted once in the prior; this does not correct who chooses to leave a review.

I only have good things to say about the Ecology unit that Dr. Li taught. He was passionate about what was covered in the lectures. The entire unit was well-organized and inspirational. The exam was easy if you did the homework, discussion, and quizzes.

Dr. Li is a really nice person, super accessible, and he is always eager to help students. His lectures balanced well between the big pictures and details. I have learned a ton from those lectures.

His lectures are very inaccurate. Discussion homework and quizzes will be your only guidance.

Quality 1/5Difficulty 3/5
Dr. Li was very unorganized with his lectures. Be prepared, the discussion assignments and quizzes did not align with what he had on his slides. The lecture material was often not correct according to the TAs. Would not recommend. Take someone else if you possibly can if you want to learn about ACCURATE ecology and biology.
