She was an amazing professor to have for Botany 130. You could tell she really enjoyed what she was teaching, and she also cared for the students. She was very open to questions in class and helped outside of class. The only negative thing about this course was the number of hours I spent in class, with 2 labs, 1 discussion, and 3 lectures a week.Rate My Professors ↗

She clearly loves teaching, her lectures are very engaging and she really encourages questions during lecture. The exam was much harder than the quizzes were, but it wasn't impossible.Rate My Professors ↗
I love Kate so much. She is one of the most engaging professors I've ever had and does a fantastic job explaining course material. Her exam was quite difficult, so make sure you understand the plant topics well, but as a professor, the exam was really her only shortcoming, and from the sounds of it, this year was more difficult than normal.Rate My Professors ↗
Dr. McCulloh was great. She kept the lectures interesting while also incorporating some humor. Tests were difficult, but could have been worse.Rate My Professors ↗
Super entertaining and really cares about her students. You can tell she's passionate about what she teaches and that really comes across in her lectures. Very kind and respectful.Rate My Professors ↗
