Professor Mack is a very good professor. He explains incredibly difficult philisophical concepts in a clear and concise way. He is also very good at engaging with student questions and answering them through the lens of the philosopher at hand. As far as homework goes, you really only get raded on discussion questions and three papers. Overall easy

Phil very clearly cares about what he talks about. He is always cracking jokes during lecture, but this doesn't work against the serious nature of the subject matter. I highly recommend taking a class with Phil, as he is clearly a very intelligent person who does his best to make lectures exciting.
