Oana was great at defining and giving examples in her lectures. She kept her lectures interesting, and genuinely cared about her students. Her exams were pretty straightforward, if you study and know the concepts you'll do great. She gave quizzes in discussion, so be prepared for those. Try to get Oana if possible!Rate My Professors ↗
The best professor I've had at UW. She explained everything very clearly. I actually wanted to go to her lectures because they were enjoyable, and she mixed in real world examples into her lectures. I thought Oana was adorable but I found her lectures to be very challenging to follow. When I would look over my notes to study for her tests (which were very challenging) I would struggle to understand what my notes meant. There were weekly quizzes that counted the same as a midterm which were not too challenging if you knew the material.Rate My Professors ↗
