About this rating

Raw average: 5.00/5 from 3 quality ratings. The adjusted rating blends this with the UW review average (3.66/5), weighted as 20 additional ratings. Smaller samples stay closer to that average. Each captured review is counted once in the prior; this does not correct who chooses to leave a review.

I second one of the reviews here; he truly cares that his students are doing well and understanding the material rather than just getting good grades. He is quick on Piazza, email, and accessible by Office Hours if you ever need help. He is extremely nice and makes physics easy. I would also take another physics course just to have him.

Dr. McNanna is genuinely the nicest professor I have ever had. He makes a somewhat challenging course relatively easy to understand. He cares about his students and wants them to succeed in his course. Physics is not my favorite science field, but I am not kidding, I would take another physics course just to have him as my professor.
