She's a great creative mind and is genuinely interested in her students. Make sure you're doing the assignments. They are time consuming but you may surprise yourself with what you're capable of. In this class at least, the purpose was to struggle through creative problems. Put the time and effort in, and you'll be happy with the results.Rate My Professors ↗
A lot of work, but she is fun and entertaining. Daily drawing (& writing) assignments. Very encouraging, which is why I was surprised when I received my final grade. Was told I was getting an A at midterm, and kept up with class. Never gave any indication I was doing poorly during second half. She has a way of bringing the best out of her students. There were a lot of fun drawing exercises that everyone enjoyed. She's optimistic and enthusiastic, and you will learn a good deal about how you yourself think through her writing and cartooning exercises.Rate My Professors ↗
