Great and funny guy. No exams during course but a lot of group projects that were actually enjoyable. Cares about his students and offers a lot of extra credit. But quizzes were impossible to score good grades on.

I enjoyed that he made his own video lectures and that he seemed to have a great personality! The content was easy to understand, and I appreciated that the video lectures weren't painful to sit through.

Professor Loren is nice and wants his students to succeed, however a lot of his materials are riddled with spelling and grammar errors that make it very difficult to understand what he wants you to do/answer. Almost every question of a quiz I took had a spelling error or some sort of grammar problem that made the questions hard to understand.

Pros: His class was Mission Impossible themed and he can be funny. He cares about his students. Cons: His class is the most disorganized and messy I've ever seen. Lecture materials are riddled with grammar/spelling errors. He's not very knowledgable in statistics, but he thinks he is. He's stubborn and forgetful, so get everything in writing.

He's a great guy and a good professor. He knows a lot about management, but it's pretty lecture-heavy and it'll be hard to do well on the quizzes if you don't go to class. No exams and easy grading. Group project spans the whole semester and is great to put on a resume if you care about it and do it well.
