Heidi is such a friendly and nice ESL instructor. She always care about students' feeling and try to find the best way to help students within the course. And when she give you feedback, she always remember to encourage and praise you first then point out some insufficiency in your assignment. If I have chances, I would definitely take her ESL118!

Heidi is a very nice teacher. She is encouraging and kind to students. She is a good listener and always willing to help. She is very approachable inside and outside the class. The ITA course helps me a lot.

Heidi is too nice that some students took advantage of her kindness. With that being said, you'd see her very enthusiastically encourage her student to be better every writing. She's also accessible outside of the class. Please take the class with her! She's AMAZING
