Professor Parisi was such a wonderful lecturer and really cared about connecting human experience design to business. She has a lot of real-world experience and it shows in her lectures. The class itself wasn't too hard, the labs are a little annoying since it is a lot of busy work, but the actual lectures are super informative and engaging.
