This is the most unorganized professor I've had. The students are aware of when things are due from the syllabus, but he never makes the assignments on canvas in time, and then gives us extra time because "he forgot". Going to class doesn't benefit you much, as he discusses what you were expected to learn from lectures that you watch before class.Rate My Professors ↗
I personally liked the class but did not gain everything I wanted from it. I enjoyed real-world experience/advice in class. He was very disorganized which caused confusion many times. Instructions for everything were unclear but he graded easily. Interesting sense of humor. If you have no tolerance for imperfection, avoid. Otherwise, wasn't so bad.Rate My Professors ↗
This class and professor is EXTREMELY unorganized and there is not enough time in the week to get everything done. Textbook readings, watch lectures before class, and think about the numerous assignments due at the end of the semester. You have to watch a 60 min lecture and then go to lecture and he just rambles adjacent to the lecture.Rate My Professors ↗
This class is a pre-recorded set of lectures, so you don't need to go to the actual lecture. There is occasional attendance taken at the in-person lectures, but I found them to be unhelpful. The pre-recorded lectures are hours long, and Professor Bart is generally unhelpful and doesn't reply to emails. I'd avoid this class and professorRate My Professors ↗
Prof. Bart is an amazing teacher who cares a lot about the subject and is very knowledgeable. Very open for questions if you are confused on certain topics and does a good job explaining. The classroom is flipped, so lectures are pre-recorded, with a discussion during class. Classes are very fun and engaging, and I would highly recommend to anyone!Rate My Professors ↗
There are pre-lecture videos followed by in-person lectures, but neither of these components are useful for learning. Pre-lectures contain a lot of rambling with little information on slides, making it unclear what must be known for exams. In-person lectures are slow, disorganized and poorly taught.
