Very good at teaching stats, goes slow. Kind of felt like she hated me when I went to office hours but still helped me out and was very chill about it. Easy A if you pay attention and take notes.

Christine was an amazing professor who made a difficult concept much more easy to understand. The expectations in this class are very clear making it easy to succeed so long as you pay attention and do the weekly assignments.

All stats should be taught by Prof Schwartz. She is simply the best.

Prof. Schwartz is one of the best lecturers I've had at UW. She is so clear in her explanations that I finished every lecture feeling like understood everything she said, which is rare otherwise. She manages to explain the toughest topics in a way that is really accessible. Highly recommend taking stats with her!

Christine is a really great and caring professor who genuinely makes the curriculum understandable and fair. It helps to have a background of STATA beforehand but she'll help you if you need it. She's always willing to talk to students and is super friendly both in-class and in office hours.

Nicest lady ever, actually wants you to do well

Prof Schwartz was probably my favorite professor. What she goes over in lecture is whats on the test, so I'd recommend not skipping. Plus you have to answer EASY clicker questions before and after class on the readings for attendance worth a pt each. Overall I enjoyed the class, the only thing I didn't liker were the 3 350 word news reflections.

Nice professor. Pretty easy class. Fair exams. I would not recommend this for Psych majors, this class was easy but I didn't learn what I needed for PSYCH225, the other stats class for psych majors is more fitting I've heard.

Christine is a great professor. She is easy to understand, approachable, and clear about requirements. Discussions are lively and interesting. Definitely recommended!

Excellent class. You'll learn a lot if you go to class and do the homework. The teaching is really straight forward. Christine makes it clear what she expects you to know for the exams.
