Almita is a very passionate professor, she clearly demonstrates that she is well informed about the material she is teaching. The only thing I struggled with in her class was to keep up with the heavy reading loads, although these readings were really great, I just had a hard time finding the time to read all of them. I would recommend Almita!

Prof Miranda is very passionate and knowledgeable about Latinx Studies. Be aware that participation and attendance matters.
