Amazing professor. 341 is a rather difficult course, in part due to it being a first introduction to rigorous proofs, but I feel like he always made the course content clear and easy to understand.Rate My Professors ↗

A pretty good professor, went through examples and explained concepts well. Unfortunately doesn't post lecture recordings or notes, but there are filled-in versions of notes to follow along with, since he used the chalkboard unlike some of the other 320 professors. Not too hard of a course if you pay attention in lecture and do the homework.Rate My Professors ↗
Prof. Yang clearly has a strong passion for the subject, but his lectures are often difficult to understand. All of his notes are done on the chalkboard and are abstract/proof-heavy, making them hard to follow. Further, the notes covered in class don't completely align with the notes posted online so it helps to come to lecture.Rate My Professors ↗
Never posts the lectures even during a snow storm. Not a good lecturer at all. Does not use technology and only writes on the chalk board. Needed a microphone and when he got one there was constant feedback, honestly was better when he was just super quiet. Slight accent, not a big deal but is not a great combo with his poor lecturing skills.Rate My Professors ↗
