Dr. Spiegelman was very charming and had interesting lectures, but simply moved at way too fast of a pace. Copying down his powerpoints were next to impossible and made it difficult to process any of the information. He rarely clarified difficult topics and acted annoyed when questions were asked. Mandatory lecture quizzes each week were tough.Rate My Professors ↗

He is a very knowledgeable and intelligent professor but he simply moves at a rapid pace. If you can keep up with a Russian accent he's great if not read your book and take notes before lecture. Good stories and great at clarifying If you ask him after class or during office hours. 5/5 if he would slow down just a bit.Rate My Professors ↗

He makes it impossible to take notes during lecture. Most of his powerpoint slides are complicated pictures from the book. There are some with text, but he flies through them so quickly that it's impossible to read it all, let alone write anything down. I've had to learn pretty much everything on my own from the textbook.Rate My Professors ↗

Everyone says he's a bad lecturer but I disagree. All of his powerpoints are pictures from the book and animations which are good visuals and he explains them well. Strong accent but you'll catch on.He is also VERY sexy, and class is interesting. SO yes its mandatory but you will WANT to go to class, I sure did.Rate My Professors ↗

Not a very good lecturerRate My Professors ↗

Useless yet mandatory lecture. Enjoy having a professor who cares so little about teaching that he doesn't even make the test.Rate My Professors ↗
