Dr. Goldstein was a fantastic lecturer for GWS 533. The class is simple yet effective, you end up learning a lot that you can take with you broader than just topics in botany! GWS527 is a no-stress class. Ruth fosters a very caring, inclusive environment and is quite passionate about GWS issues. As long as you do the few assignments and weekly quizzes, you'll easily get an A. I got lost sometimes in the content, as there are SO many words on her slides that make them hard to follow.
