Gives you lecture slides to make it easier to study for exams. Caring person and gives good and effective feedback. Not the worst grader compared to others and is a reasonable grader. Doesn't give that many assignments.

I have an idea as to why there's bad reviews. She's a WOC in a PWI. She's the only professor I've had that made me feel safe. Very understanding and caring. I see people saying she talks a lot but I want to know which business professor doesn't speak for the full lecture time? The problem I saw is that nobody ever participated so she had no choice.

Min Li is on a mission to convince you that MHR is much more difficult than it is. She is a nice person and the structure of lectures and work is fine. Only four students in my class received A's, which is unnecessarily low. I believe she does this to make a point. Don't take this class with Min Li. She makes it way harder than it needs to be.

Just take a different professor. She made this class much more stressful/frustrating compared to conventionally hard classes. Don't know how she thinks her lectures will make us passionate about management. Expects you to reread the textbook before every exam.
