What I would do to take Prof Titelbaum's class again!! He's such an amazing lecturer so I'm writing this review 1 semester later because my philosophy teacher now doesn't even come close. Titelbaum really knows what he's talking about and is so knowledgeable on all aspects of life.

Quality 3/5Difficulty 3/5
His lectures are great if you are interested in philosophy. The TA you have can depend on your grade. My TA was harsh with feedback and harsh on grading attendance which lowered my grade. He will not curve your grade at the end. No extra credit. Pop quizzes based on readings weekly but he dropped the lowest two. Don't take if you aren't interested.

Quality 5/5Difficulty 2/5
An amazing professor. This course has many interesting extra credit questions that allow your final grade to exceed 101%. He is mostly careful with gender-nonspecific language until he gets engrossed in lecturing or explaining complex topics. Nevertheless, his lectures are pretty clear—he well knows what he is teaching.

Professor Titelbaum does his best to make difficult material accessible to everyone. He is excellent at explaining logic, and he often adds fun parts into lectures. I got a lot out of this class, but don't expect to be an expert debater after taking intro to logic. That is not what it's about. Highly recommend.

Quality 5/5Difficulty 3/5
An amazing professor. He made an otherwise difficult and, in my opinion, boring subject as interesting and engaging as possible. His office hours were incredibly helpful and you could tell he really wanted to see his students succeed. He is the reason I declared a philosophy major!
