Really amazing professor. Attendance isn't mandatory, but lectures are extremely helpful, as his teaching style is really clear and digestible, overall amazing professor and lecturer. Really cares about students and puts the students well-being above all else. Would be honored to have him as a professor again!Rate My Professors ↗

New professor this year, but it was amazing. He has children and is very understanding because of it. The 3 exams are 29% each, but they are identical to the practice exams (there are 4-5 practices per exam). He made an effort to know people's names in the big lecture halls and sent out many reminders and announcements. Would definitely take again.Rate My Professors ↗

Amazing lecturer, hard class but made all the lectures fun. Had an insane attendance rate for some of the cold days because lectures were actually interactive and fun. Also very clear and informational slides.Rate My Professors ↗

Matt Delong is easily the best math teacher I've ever had. He explains concepts in a way that actually makes sense and moves at a good pace during the lectures. You can also tell that he genuinely cares about his students and their mental health/wellbeing.Rate My Professors ↗

Math 211. Delong is awesome! He explains the material simply and clearly. Office hours are a few times a week and he is always available. Attendance isn't mandatory.. but helpful. Video recordings of the lectures are posted after class time. Super nice person and passionate about what he does.Rate My Professors ↗
