Great professor

Professor MacDonald really knows a lot about psycholinguistics! She tried to make the lectures enjoyable and included lots of videos. Reading the textbook and assigned readings were helpful since some test questions were specific to the readings. Interesting material and great course!

This class isn't difficult by any means; however, I hated the material and lectures were borderline painful. It had nothing to do with the Professor. She was a very very kind lady who tried making lectures enjoyable. Unfortunately, psycholinguistics is just very dry material - for me anyways. (And I'm a psych major!)

I love love loved Prof. Macdonald. She has a heart of gold and you can feel it in her lectures. If you know the lecture notes and do the readings, you will do fine on the exams. They were not terrible. The homework is a great grade booster. Take the time and go talk to her in office hours, you will be amazed at how much you learn! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

So so so dry. Lectures are painfully slow, really feels like a waste of time and I am a type of student who usually finds lectures interesting. Everything she teaches you through the semester could be taught to you in 4 hours I kid you not. Frustrating if you like getting things done but not a lot of content.

The class has three midterms, one final, and one easy homework assingment. To pass the class just do all the readings and try to go to most of the lectures. Shes a pretty decent lecturer, but it can sometimes get dull.
