Consider yourself blessed if you have Mariana. She's genuine, humourous, enthusiastic, and understanding of struggling students. As someone who had multiple family emergencies throughout the semester, she was willing to do everything she could to accommodate my absence. She's one of those rare teachers that truly wants to see her students exceed.

Mariana is such a sweetheart and I'm so glad I was able to take her class. She is such a fun and loving individual. She is so nice and makes sure you understand everything and is more than willing to help.

Mariana is a gem on campus and deserves our respect! She is super fun and really funny too. You can tell that she cares about her students and prepares us well for the quizzes and exams. Her attendance policy is also very appropriate and her syllabus is clear. Anyone starting with Portuguese should start with Mariana!
