As every review has said, he's extremely boring. The exams were open note, so an easy grade, but it's really easy to cheat yourself out of learning extremely important EE fundamentals. His lectures are reading out of a textbook for an hour, and then ending class 10 minutes early. Take this with somebody who will make you actually learn the subject.

Luke is okay... between him and other 340 profs he might be the least of all evils. His lectures are meh. It's just him pulling out his notes from the first time he taught the class and copying his scratch work up on the board for you to decipher. The exams are just "find the equation you need, plug-n-chug" so you might as well just read the book.

Really boring, hard to stay interested; derivations are a little hard to follow sometimes. That said, he's a nice guy and really not a bad instructor... it's really my fault that I did poorly in his class. If you can do the homework problems, you can do the exams.

Not the most interesting lecturer. If you are able to stay awake, you will find that the concepts are kind of interesting, and Mawst does a good job teaching them. The tests are very straight forward, and the course is designed in such a way that you can guess pretty easily exactly what will be on the them.
