The topics were very interesting but the exams were unfair in my opinion. You would study the pharmacokinetics and actions of drugs and think you have it down until you get asked "what percentage of prescribers overprescribe" on the exam... She was sweet but I would not recommend taking this course if you have other stem courses at the same timeRate My Professors ↗

Lara went at a good pace and her lectures were easy to follow. She'd basically tell you everything you need to know for the exams the day before. She is very helpful if you make sure to attend lecture.Rate My Professors ↗
You need to memorize all the material presented, no book needed. She, unlike other lecturers for the class, added in extra random things during her lectures that you would not know if you did not attend class.>:( I expected the class to be a lot easier for 2 cr, but I did well after putting in the effort to memorize all the drugs and interactions.Rate My Professors ↗
Where is she looking? Her eyes are always looking up and around. She seems anxious. Anyway, it's just a bunch of memorizing. I just study the day before and get hunnids. Good luck pharmacy students!Rate My Professors ↗
Gives a lot of information about drugs. Drugs. Drugs. Yes it is a class about drugs, but for 2 credits it becomes an arduous 50 minutes of random names and interactions shoved down your throat. Sure it's 2 credits of intermediate but 10/10 don't recommend. 4 exams of pure memorization and suffering.Rate My Professors ↗
The exams are very straightforward and, most importantly, the material is interesting. I disagree that you need to be a science major in order to receive an A.Rate My Professors ↗
