Sweetest woman I have ever met. Lectures are mandatory for participation credit, but she allows a few skips like most professors. Extra credit on the exams also allow lenience for attendance. Definitely recommend not skipping because she is an amazing lecturer. Material isn't hard but it really gets you thinking about yourself and the world aroundRate My Professors ↗
Katie is absolutely amazing as a teacher. Although her class wasn't very hard, I learned so much more about the world and myself from her and her class than any other class I have taken. Katie was such a great professor! Her lectures were interesting and kept the class engaged. She was a very easy grader. All tests were open book and taken outside of class. Sweetest woman ever. Her lectures are not required and many many many students skip it. She is a great lecturer and I found myself enjoying each lecture and skipping as few as possible.
