Professor Moreira is really kind and cares a lot about his students and their success. He creates a welcoming class environment and is clearly passionate about what he teaches. It was his first semester, so I'll cut him a little slack. The lectures were long and pretty boring, but attendance wasn't mandatory. All in all, what bothered me the most was how condescending he came off as. I was also in the honors discussion section with him and if you ever said something he didn't agree with he kind of just dismissed you.Rate My Professors ↗
Prof Moreira isn't trying to trip you up. He was a new prof this semester so I'd cut him some slack. Make sure to be on top of your Canvas quizzes bc those can make or break ur grade.
