At first, it seems like he'd rather be anywhere else. However, he is a really caring professor that really wants you to succeed. He incorporated his students' feedback into the class and changed the grading style to benefit everybody. He also answers questions very well. Would recommend.Rate My Professors ↗

Professor Notbohm took over EMA 201 after the teacher had to leave. He was so nice and a much better teacher. Would definitely take his class againRate My Professors ↗
This really is a weed out class so just be ready to struggle. If you can make it through the first and second midterm with a decent grade you should be fine overall.Rate My Professors ↗

Jacob ruined my interest in Mechanics. I don't know if it was the material that made the class so bad or if it was him, but he definitely didn't help. Lectures were pretty dry, but the worst part was the homeworks were very hard. Almost no guidance on them and not super similar to TB or lecture examples. He seemed confused if you didn't understandRate My Professors ↗
