I took this class over the winterim, so there was a lot of homework every day. It was all incredibly easy as long as you skimmed the material and looked at the lectures. Iman was very understanding and gave us extra resources if we needed them. I wasn't expecting to like this class, but the content built on itself really well. I'd recommend it!

Iman is a great professor who is clearly very passionate about his lecture topics. If you need to take an ethnics studies for your major/college requirements, I think this is a great choice!! Overall, ENGL 179 is not a very difficult course; just attend lecture and skim the readings at minimum.
