He is very nice and responds to emails fast. Easy to communicate with him and he's very helpful one on one. As for class lectures, I felt like they were a bit pointless, but he's great.

Clear lecture notes and a well-organized course. The professor explains difficult textbook concepts very clearly. Even though the class is hard, he is extremely approachable and supportive. Office hours are very helpful for homework and the final project, and he is understanding of midterm stress and often extending deadlines when needed.

The class was taught mostly by the TA, so the quality will come down to who you get. The professor would come in and watch/help the class. He was very helpful whenever we would get stuck. Great at helping us walk through a problem and understand, rather than just giving us the answer.
