Eric Tervo was absolutely fantastic as a teacher. He succinctly taught us all of ECE 219 in the first week of ECE 220, significantly better than the 219 prof did in the whole semester. He is fair on tests, and his lectures are extremely good- go to them! He'll give tips on tests during review lectures as well.
