Ben was a great professor who was extremely engaging and helpful during lectures and discussion. In Ben's world, there is no such thing as a stupid question or bad idea. Ben is equally friendly and knowledgable. He structures his lectures to have frequent discussion opportunities, and never makes a student feel like they've asked a "stupid question".
