Philos of Quantum Mechanics - Was a very interesting topic and he presented it well. Often the rubrics were not very in depth, but he is very available and willing to explain things. Philosophy of Quantum mechanics course. Was a great guy and great at teaching. Rubrics were not specific, but if you put in effort you will get a good grade. Dr. Meehan is very available and will set up meetings outside of class if asked and responds to emails very quickly. Would recommend him, but be ready to put in real effort.Rate My Professors ↗

Meehan's course is the perfect choice **for those interested in philosophy**. The selected readings are inspiring and worth reading. The grading though is weird. TA told me she has to grade more than 60 people's essay. And every time TA would duct your points for reasons she made up, and arguing with her could get the points back but painful.Rate My Professors ↗
I DON'T recommend this course to anyone who has never learned philosophy because I wish I had known some knowledge on philosophy before taking this course. TA (Not Alex) was very transparent however tough grader. This course is a lot of thinking and rereading of the readings and lectures. It's very reading-heavy and writing-heavy.Rate My Professors ↗
