Took ASN AM 540 with him! Super passionate about his work with good lectures. Chill and funny prof. Prepare to read a lot as there are weekly discussions and some papers and a final project, but all of it is really fun and engaging. Other outside activities to participate in for class but really fun!

Wonderful, sincere, thoughtful, understanding, fervent, young, down-to-earth guy. His lectures are impassioned and provocative. He gives meaningful feedback on essays. He's down to discuss class content or life. He really cares. Communicate with him if you have any concerns; he will listen and accommodate you. Glad to have crossed paths with Alex.

Awesome, empathetic, and down to earth guy. He really cares about his students. The course material was interesting and made me enjoy coming to lecture. The exams and assignments were generously graded. As long as you show up and put in a little effort you will get an A.

Alex is truly one of the most caring professors and really wants students to succeed. If you do all your work and show that you care about learning, you are guaranteed to get a good grade. He is supportive within the classroom & in helping students with personal matters. He also has fair and simple extra credit opportunities.

Best professor ever. Is so knowledgeable and passionate about the subject I actually looked forward to lectures. He is also so kind and caring, hilarious, and understanding if you need extensions etc.. I learned so much because he made the subject material approachable. True gem of a teacher. Really cares about all his students. 10/10 recommend
