has a strong accent and a bit of a stutter, so it can be hard to follow his lectures at times . He clearly has a high level of understanding of the material so it can be hard to understand the concepts. He definitely grows on you over time. The course material directly follows the textbook which is laid out very clearly so its a great resource

Yuchen is horrible at responding to students, especially on Piazza. Took him for 320, absolutely wouldn't recommend. Fortunately I was able to go to another professor's lecture instead.

Avoid at all costs. His lectures were pretty much useless and did not prepare us for exams. He does not respond to emails or show up to his office hours so it is hard to get any help outside class. He wouldn't post the filled in notes unless pestered about it in Piazza so it was impossible to catch up if you fell behind. Do not take 320 with him.
