He is one of the few good stats professors at UW. He is clear with expectations, grading, and homework. He is really nice and happy to help if you ask. He also did a good job of using slides in lecture that he also posted online and also working through examples and occasional proofs on the black board.

He's good at summarizing full chapters to make it easier to solve questions. The exams are EXTREMELY HARD. Like EXTREMELY. I am a straight A student, and although I understood the class and the homework, the exam was asking for stupid stuff and was marked harshly and I didn't even get a B. DO NOT RECOMEND
