Prof. Chen went to class probably less than I did. He was always at least 5 minutes late, or he had his grad students teach for him. Homework was never collected, he didn't understand the material, and because of his poor teaching skills, the grader gave everyone at least a BC. I like him, he's a nice, jolly guy, but he is a poor teacher.Rate My Professors ↗

He derives proofs and may do a few examples, which he pulls strait out of the book. I stopped going to lecture because I might as well just read the book. Otherwise, he's a humorous good hearted guy who doesn't really care that much about teaching us linear algebra.Rate My Professors ↗
