I would 1000% suggest Wenxiao Pan. Her lectures and lecture notes are so clear and makes it so you don't need to read the textbook outside of class. She writes the notes on the board along with the class and explains everything very well. Homework assignments are very similar to exams and grading is super generous. Needed to take leave for the last ~2 weeks of our class, made me realize how awesome she was. Her lectures may have been a bit derivation-heavy, but they were hella organized. In Professor Pan's lectures, you spend 75% of the time deriving complex expressions, but rarely learning how to use them. The test questions are much more difficult than the homework and her partial credit it quite harsh. If you make one mistake, you essentially get half credit for that question.
