Professor Huang is a very intelligent man, but just not a good professor. When it comes to explaining math the lectures were very confusing and left me more confused than I was when I came in.

Huang is definitely not a good lecturer. He just reads the books but still has many mistakes in the lecture. I recommend reading the textbook instead of listening to his class. And also, Huang seldom look at the Piazza and didn't give the level of A in the beginning.

The most disorganized professor I've had. Poorly communicated exam times, content, and grading. Doesn't reply to email or piazza posts. Lectures are straight from the book, proof heavy, and he frequently messes up and has to erase his handwritten lecture. If you take 320 with him (I'd advise against it) just read the book don't watch lectures.

Lectures are copied from the textbook and way too proof heavy. The first midterm was coordinated and communicated exceptionally poor and the prof became confrontational with students on Piazza. Shaosai also refused to explain grading until after the final, so I could be getting an A or F and won't know until after the final is graded.

His recorded lectures are all hand-written, hard to read, and basically copy the textbook, so I stopped watching his recordings after midterm 1. I see classmates really care about their learning and give a lot of suggestions/ ask a lot of questions on Piazza but he hardly ever reply. Overall, I don't want to be mean, but he does not teach me a lot
