Prof. Min's lectures are interesting and active, he always use simple examples and story to explain hard concept, and try to make the lecture funny, and highly participatory. Course materials are not very easy, but Prof. Min makes them understandable, you can actually learn real-life knowledge and practical applications in his lectures.Rate My Professors ↗
I had professor Min for both ME313 and ME429. ME429 is focused on metal cutting. ME429 is very lecture heavy - but Professor Min does a great job of explaining concepts and encouraging participation. He clearly understands the material in great detail and is very willing to help or reexplain topics. He is very humble and likes to joke around.Rate My Professors ↗
He is not that bad, but his class needs to be fixed. He likes to take points off based on his opinion that is not understandable. i.e. If you write everything correct in the form of equation step by step without calculating numbers (nobody has time to do so), you get 50-60 percent off. Still I believe he can do better in the future.Rate My Professors ↗
