So far in my 1st year he has the most informational lectures, every other professor lectures feel optional. I like that we get to discuss TopHat answers with the surrounding people as well. More exams than anticipated and the projects varied heavily in time consumption.Rate My Professors ↗
He's a slow lecturer but you can tell he loves teaching cs. He's as enthusiastic as he can be for his age, so a lot of things you might have to learn on your own because he can be very boring in lectures (i did a lot of nyt games to stim and listen). An extremely organized class with lots of resources and a consistent schedule. He is great at explaining concepts and lectures are very helpful. A large amount of busy work in this course, some of which is quite challenging and or time-consuming. Tests were inconsistent in difficulty. Was really understanding regarding an injury I had in my right arm and counted it as an unusual circumstance for which pretty much bumped my grade for tophats and my overall from B to ABRate My Professors ↗
This class feels very thrown together. One test the multiple choice was really easy and the programming was super hard, the next the programming is super easy and the multiple choice was extremely hard. We take tests on things we have not worked with which is extremely confusing. The class in general is a lot of busy work and not well put together.Rate My Professors ↗
I love this guy. There are so many resources available to study (quizlits, tons of canvas quizzes, and Zybooks). There's also a bunch of extra projects. ALSO i put an online exam into my google calendar wrong and missed the deadline and I told him exactly that and he extended it no questions asked! Super understanding!!Rate My Professors ↗
