There is a reason she has such great reviews. 235 is a super math heavy theory course, and you really need to engage with the content to do well. The entire grade is 3 exams, but its curved such that an 85 is an A. HW is important to stay engaged and keep understanding quantum mechanics. Out of every EE professor I've had, she is easily top 3.

There's no way people actually like Irena Knezevic. She: - bases your entire final score on 3 test grades, except if you don't do the homework, where you'll lose 10% - consistently runs over time despite having 3 power lectures weekly - Gives abysmally long homework assignments and gets them out like 3-4 days before due. one of the worst EE profs

Incredible professor. Goes into great detail in lectures and has a gift for teaching. I don't think I could have found a better professor for an intro to quantum mechanics class.

This was my favorite class but not anymore. We fell behind and instead of taking the appropriate measures to catch us back up, the professor just piled on more work. She assigned a long assignment with required readings during the last week. It sucks because the textbook is difficult to understand.

WOW! The most amazing professor. She lectures but is super prepared and adjusts to the class. She takes the time to explain everything and extended deadlines when needed. She learns everyone's names and really cares that her students succeed. There are not enough characters for me to go into detail about how amazing she is. BEST PROFESSOR AT UW!

Excellent professor, teaches very well. She did mention that most schools have 2 classes for electrodynamics while we just have 1. So this class is a bit compact. For me I think the speed was hard to follow, but not the professor's fault on that, just too much content. Also homework is very heavy, but that might be due to a lot of content.
