Don't get me wrong, she's a really great person. I appreciate her leniency with late work, especially for the analysis work. The class policies are ridiculous like the no tech rule making it impossible to take good notes, grades not being shown on canvas, and half of the quiz questions being subjective and straight up wrong. Ilana is a fantastic lecturer and communicator and makes the topics interesting. There's three/four different essays that need to be written for the class--follow the instructions as if they were a rubric! She claims there is no rubric but will dock points off your grade if you don't mention everything in the instructions.Rate My Professors ↗
Prof. Schroeder is nothing but kind! She truly cares about each and every student and takes the time to get to know them! She is accommodating, understanding, and a reasonable grader!
