Seemed disorganized and more interested in talking about topics from advanced calculus than teaching 234. The Russian accent didn't help either.

better pray you have a good TA for this class. take my advice: don't even bother going to lecture. you can try understand stuff but you most likely won't. exams aren't too bad; they're like what other profs would have. this guy has awesome fanny pack though. he's quite a character but not worth having as a teacher

Very poor teacher, lecture was boring and impossible to understand. He is brilliant, but disorganized and doesn't know how to communicate the material. The one good part about being in class was his random analogies, but those didn't make sense in regards to what he was trying to explain. Overall, avoid him because pretty much anyone else is better

There is no use to go to his lecture. because you absolutely learn nothing from lecture and cannot understand his accent at all. Heavily rely on books and TAs. He had a exam question that no one in the class got it right. I learned nothing from this class.

Absolutely terrible teacher. I'm sure he's a brilliant mathematician but skipping his lectures actually was beneficial for me. He really likes to use useless proofs and speaks some language that is not English.
