About this rating

Raw average: 3.75/5 from 4 quality ratings. The adjusted rating blends this with the UW review average (3.66/5), weighted as 20 additional ratings. Smaller samples stay closer to that average. Each captured review is counted once in the prior; this does not correct who chooses to leave a review.

Class itself wasn't easy but he's funny and makes lectures bearable. Fair tests imo if you go to class and study well. Attendance is not taken but definitely necessary to do well in the course. Very nice guy, only thing is he does talk quite fast and go through lectures fast.

Dr. Jorgenson is my absolute favorite professor. The course itself was difficult, but he makes it as easy to understand as possible and is very knowledgeable. His study guides and review lectures are helpful and he grades his exams fairly, often giving points back. He is a super likable and funny guy which makes his lectures interesting.

Erik was nice, but he was almost too laid back for the course. The exams were super difficult! The lectures are pretty good, if a little dry. Do your best to memorize everything before the exams and expect to get a poorer grade than you thought. He does round and give lots of points back though!

Such a nice professor, but this class was way harder than it needed to be. Textbook is not required but he does have one. Luckily there is extra credit that will give you 3% points back and is super easy (get it done the first 2 weeks of school). Overall, go to lecture and plan extra time to meet with him, but regardless you'll still be confused
