Dr. Covington is a great person, will write a stellar Letter of Rec for most, and is very very well-connected. The class is a bit heavy at first with readings every week, but it really pays off as the last month or so of class, there is no class because we are doing "research" for our final paper/model EU. If you do your work, easy A-AB.
