To anyone looking for a professor for 397, I can't recommend Elizabeth enough. Other sections sound like nightmares compared to hers. There is an individual cover letter assignment, a few small participation assignments, and the rest of the class is a group project where you get to pick your groups. She is an engaging lecturer and a nice person.

Really nice and the lectures were enjoyable. You have to actively engage in class for participation, it's not just attendance. No exams, quizzes, etc., just a few short assignments in the beginning and a semester long group project. She was very nit picky with writing, but didn't grade too harsh on it. Project is majority of grade so choose wisely.
