Ambiguous grading guidelines/rubric. Extremely strict about participation grade-- docking points for things not outlined in the syllabus/rubric (ie. don't ask someone a clarification question or she'll deem you a distraction... a one sentence question about what a word she mentioned meant cost me 2 points). Attendance and participation is 10% of the final grade and is graded unfairly. The class is only out of 1,000 points and is hard to keep an A in, especially with how harshly the grading responses are graded. The lectures are boring and she doesn't move past the readings (uses the same examples over and over again) and wasn't well organized.Rate My Professors ↗
I have nothing to say but amazing things about this professor. If you can take her class, even as a fun class, it changes the way you perceive society and culture.
