About this rating

Raw average: 5.00/5 from 6 quality ratings. The adjusted rating blends this with the UW review average (3.66/5), weighted as 20 additional ratings. Smaller samples stay closer to that average. Each captured review is counted once in the prior; this does not correct who chooses to leave a review.

Professor Patterson is amazing! He is very caring, respectful, and really cares about his work and lectures. He is without a doubt one of the best professors Ive had, and I've taken courses at multiple universities and countries. His lectures are really interesting, clear, and straight to the point. I would 100% take a class with him again.

Dr.Patterson is AMAZING! He is such a fun person with plenty of knowledge. Lectures can get a bit boring at times, but not for lack of personality- I just did not find the content interesting or necessary to pay attention to. The projects are very fun, though, with lots of space for creative freedom! He grades extremely generously and cares a lot.
