Professor Zhang is a pretty chill professor, and he let's u drop one midterm so that's nice. He has a lot of knowledge and is good during office hours. However, lectures were not the most engaging, and homework was difficult, with material being self taught, same goes for material on exams. Hard class.

A good professor overall, can be hard to understand at times and lectures could get really boring. Also expects that you have a decent amount of real estate knowledge coming into the course, some of the more introductory real estate topics are not re-explained.

This is the course that I learned the most in the past two years. It actually taught the skills that I later applied during the summer intern. Dayin is a very thoughtful professor, that cares about the students.

Professor Zhang is an outstanding educator. He actively engages the class by posing thoughtful questions and continuously refines the course throughout the semester to better meet students' needs. This ability to adapt responsively is, in my view, a rare and commendable quality among professors.
